Is HAL stock going anywhere?

The stock spent most of the last 5 years between 25 and 35 dollars per share. In the meantime most (if not all the other) oil services companies managed to create more or less value in terms of the stock price. Is HAL a lost cause?

I wash my hands of this stock. I was never fully confident in HAL anyways.
