All the AI hype pushed the stock up, and then it came back down. They had an Investor Day and promised big data center sales by 2029, but the chips do not even ship until 2028. That is a long time to wait for a story that is already priced in. Meanwhile the smartphone business, which is still most of their revenue, is actually shrinking. Feels like everyone got excited about a future that is years away.
