I don't take an expert to see that certain parts of VZ”s business are a thing of the past. Not something that is unexpected, especially given the fact that the companies in the telecom industry are going through huge changes and transformation (just look at AT&T).
Aside for that, VZ, which I own, always turned out to be a good and stable stock from which I had a lot more benefits than losses.
To be perfectly honest, VZ is yet to transform its business. How much could the inability for the company to grow, due to having large portions of its business that are unable to provide growth, could affect the stock performance in the next year or two?
