In ten years IBM stock went from low $200s to occasionally entering $130s. Numerous bad decisions, bad management, and market conditions all contributed to its fall. I once used to think that there'll come a time when the stock would rebound but since then I've changed my mind. I would advise against buying, unless something changes drastically.
