We are witnessing some good times for IMO. Are we seeing any indication that the stock could go even higher, so we can buy more stock, or should we sell given the fact that the O&G industry is considered cyclical?
Simple question.
What are the main benefits of buying IMO, or any other oil company of a similar sized company for that matter compared to buying shares of O&G giants on the market? Wouldn’t it just be easier to settle for the big ones?
IMO as a long term dividend investment?
Looking at IMO I see a lot of potential for long term investment. IMO shares are much cheaper than the big O&G players and IMO looks at least as stable as them in terms of the stock keeping its value. Also IMO has a 3.11% dividend yield, again... — read more

Not overpriced
People keep claiming Imperial Oil is overpriced right now but I beg to differ. Considering where it stands currently re: its free cash flow, among other things, I think now's exactly the time to buy. This is one of my safest bets (I bought at $20)... — read more
