I wish understood trading better. Lumen just jumped 20 percent after the latest earnings report, but its rating has been reduced by many analysts from "strong buy" to "hold." I'd think when a company is doing well enough that it already warranted a significant jump in price, you'd be encouraged to buy more. How that's not true I still have to figure out.
