Judging by media reports, a lot of Dell insiders have been selling their stock over the past year. I have a small tech portfolio, reasonably diversified, and it includes Dell stock. I haven’t been very optimistic about its long-term prospects. Dell has been lagging behind other major tech companies and the current big round of layoffs will not solve the deeper issues. Now, insiders selling their stock? That really makes me nervous.
