Thread regarding Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc (AVDL)

I thought the smart thing after today's court ruling was to sell Avadel Pharmaceuticals but not everybody agrees. I know that Jazz was denied a motion for a preliminary injunction that would block Avadel’s marketing of Lumryz for narcolepsy, but Avadel was also blocked from applying for approval for an idiopathic hypersomnia indication until 2036 when the infringed patent expires. Now, for example, one H.C. Wainwright analyst said this is an “unequivocal win in terms of taking a major binary or catastrophic risk off the table.” And they do not recommend to sell. I'm not sure what to think.
