You're going to have to forgive my ignorance, but I really don’t get it. The analysts and the investing community keep talking about how CP is undervalued as a stock,yet, the stock is pretty close to its all time high.
How can a company that never managed to pump the value of its stock a lot higher than this be expected to produce more value in the future? On what logic do you base these claims?
