've been looking at Humana, and I'm pretty torn. The stock is up around 66% this year, and the improved Medicare star ratings are definitely good news.
But a few things worry me. Humana is already spending over 91% of premiums on medical costs, so there's not much room for rising expenses. Plus, it's heavily dependent on Medicare, and any changes to government payments could hurt profits.
And after such a big rally, I'm wondering if most of the good news is already priced in.
HUM seems like a solid company, but is it really a good buy at $422?
Anyone buying now, or waiting for a pullback?
