Thread regarding Airbnb (ABNB) stock

Great quarter, stock hit a high, then the founders sold

Everything looked great. Revenue, bookings, profit, everything beat estimates. The stock popped to a four-year high. Then a bunch of insider sales filings came out. The co-founder unloaded a huge chunk of his shares that day, cutting his stake by more than 75%. The CEO also sold a big amount right around the same time. All of this happened right near the peak. I don't care if it's a planned thing. The story writes itself. Stock hits a four-year high, insiders sell millions, and now the stock is trading well below that high. I don't really believe in coincidences.
