Thread regarding Fossil (FOSL) stock

Will Fossil Group eventually need to raise capital?

At this point that feels like the biggest risk with Fossil.

Sales keep shrinking, margins are weak, and the stock is priced like the market expects more pain ahead. Cost cuts help, but are they enough?

If things don’t improve soon, do they eventually dilute shareholders or take on more debt just to keep the turnaround alive?

Feels like the balance sheet matters more than the actual watch business right now.
