I’ve been watching Veradigm for a while and the whole situation feels insanely messy. Delayed filings, accounting issues, Nasdaq compliance problems… yet somehow the stock is still hanging around and people are treating it like a potential turnaround play.
What I can’t figure out is whether this is a legit “temporary chaos” situation or if there’s a real chance the company eventually gets kicked off Nasdaq altogether.
The weird part is that some investors still think the underlying healthcare data business is valuable if management can clean everything up. But if they keep missing deadlines and credibility keeps getting worse, does any of that even matter?
