Forget about tariffs - they’re already bad enough. But what will Boeing do without access to key rare earth elements and magnets, now that China has stopped exporting them? To make matters worse, China has also stopped importing Boeing aircraft. It’s hard to believe that no one in the government or at Boeing fully considered the consequences of short-sighted policies.
