Yes, this is a cheap stock but it hasn't gone above $3 or so for five years. I honestly don't see an upside to it. If you want to buy a stock and watch it alternate between $1 and $2, with an occasional foray into $3, then this is your stock. I just don't know why that would be of any use to anybody.
