It’s now being recommended left and right. However, there’s a growing trend to resist or prevent Airbnb rent models in many European cities due to the negative effects on urban development, distribution of the population, real estate prices and the quality of life. How can this trend affect the stock? I would personally think negatively, and I can’t figure the reasoning of the analysts. Is it really such a good buy? If so, why?
