Thread regarding General Electric (GE) (GE)

Is this behavior of the stock a good enough reason to dump the while in a profitable position.
I bought GE shares in October with the thought of holding on to it for a longer period of time. From that time up until now the stock has risen more than $20. That puts me in a good market position right now.
What I am afraid of at this point is the fact that the stock has been going around in circles for most of the year, if that continues, there is a probability that it might start losing value soon.
