Declining PC sales are bound to hit MSFT the way they have hit chipmakers and computer makers sooner or later (and my bet is sooner). I'm not saying MSFT will not recover from it, but it's not as certain as some people might think and it might not happen as quickly as they are hoping. IMHO, this brings too high a risk at this point for me.
