I know many would not see this as a good buy since the stock keeps dropping, but it is precisely its current price that makes it a great dividend stock to buy. At $34 with a dividend yield of 5.48%, this is an easy decision for me. I'm not too worried about the stock rising at this point, this is going to be a long hold for me.
