Many REITs are in trouble right now but Simon is making all the right moves. Have you been to King of Prussia Mall lately? That was enough to convince me they know full well what they're doing. While covid numbers might slow down its recovery over the winter, I'm positive it will rebound - and then some - come spring and summer. This is one of my long holds for a reason.
