Physicians Realty Trust boasts a portfolio of over 275 healthcare properties that total around $5 billion. It has a bunch of off-campus facilities, which has proven to be positive during and I'm sure it will after the pandemic due to increased outpatient care. If the dividend is what you're looking at, at 4.9 percent this would be my choice.
