Thread regarding Allscripts (MDRX)

I’ve bought Allscripts shares recently. Given that all of my investments are long–term I feel as this is a nice addition to my portfolio.
People that I know tend to stay away from investments like this with the explanation that they cannot produce any significant value in the near future. I, on the other hand, think that this is a stable investment. I don’t expect any miracles but I also think that I can get some good value out of it without a lot of stress if I hold long enough. Is there anybody else here who bought Allscripts with the same logic?
