I'm still sour over COP restarting its share buyback plan. Who exactly benefits from it other than the executive management? It's a huge waste, especially in this industry at this point in time. I stopped buying COP and I don't plan to buy any more any time soon. If they don't increase the dividend, I think I'm about ready to exit.
