I'm honestly not sure what to do. I was already determined to sell CHNG but with everything that's been going on in the past several months I'm no longer sure if that would be a good idea. I know I couldn't forgive myself if I bailed and lost on a major possible payout. Any thoughts?

You should definitely sell it. I did and I never looked back.
