Let's be brutally honest: the pandemic might have hurt Planet Fitness but it hurt its smaller competitors much more. In fact, it probably eradicated a huge number of them. This places Planet Fitness in a great position regarding growth as the demand continues to grow. The company leadership would have to be especially incompetent to miss this opportunity.
