It isn't anything spectacular, but the company has longevity (it has been stable in its payouts for years) and it doesn't go into debt to pay out its dividend like so many we know. I also think we might be looking at a dividend increase sometime in the near future if the company continues making all the right moves. Basically, not something to buy at this price but if you're holding, selling would be a mistake, IMHO.
