There is a lot of speculation about Dell's plan to spinoff its stake in VMware to shareholders. Some analysts estimate that once the deal is finalized, the dividend that VMware would pay holders could be nearly $10 billion. I wonder how this will affect VMW and can I hope for a strong VMW price?
